Professor Paul Foley BSC, MEd, PhD completed his doctoral research investigating factors contributing to the success of ICT businesses long ago. After more than 25 years in academia Paul left his position as Professor of Corporate Strategy at Leicester Business School to further develop Tech4i2 in 2007.
Paul has been a consultant and adviser to all tiers of government throughout the world and international organisations in technology adoption, deployment and impact assessment. Professor Foley has led major studies for the European Commission on digital connectivity, including the impact of bandwidth, broadband as a universal service, licence exempt spectrum and 5G deployment and impact.
